KBJ-8/J Eight-Channel Plastic Cup (Roll Film) Filling Machine
The frame structure of this machine is entirely made of stainless steel. The transmission mechanism is controlled by servo motors, which operates smoothly with high precision and no noise. An air suction device is installed and a dry sterilization machine is used to sterilize and dry the cups. The roll film is sterilized by strong ultraviolet radiation and hydroxyl disinfection. The sterilization efficiency is high, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and prolonging the shelf life of the packaged items. A hundred-level purification laminar flow device is equipped on the top, and the fan sucks in the air from the top, which is filtered by an efficient filter. The filtered clean air is uniformly sent out throughout the air outlet surface, ensuring the cleanliness of the entire cavity. The mechanical pneumatic automatic cup dropping system separates the cups and sends them to the cup plate, ensuring the reliability of automatic cup dropping. Photoelectric detection stops the machine automatically when there is a cup shortage, and it restarts after manual replenishment. The filling system is driven by a servo motor and a lead screw platform (with a lead of 10mm), which drives the piston to move. The stroke of the piston can be adjusted on the touch screen, with a precision of 0.1mm (approximately 0.3 grams). The quantitative cylinder pump ring is a new type of universal plug sealing seal ring, which is wear-resistant, heat-resistant, acid and alkali resistant, and has a long service life. During cleaning, the servo motor lifts the piston from the quantitative cylinder to the upper position for cleaning, allowing the entire pipeline stroke to flow back to clean the entire piston and seal ring, ensuring a thorough and seamless cleaning process, and prolonging the service life of the universal plug sealing seal ring. A capacitive liquid level sensor is used to detect the liquid level in the balance tank, and the pneumatic valve automatically controls the liquid supply to prevent the occurrence of inaccurate product measurement due to unstable liquid level in the material tank. The filling nozzle adopts a cylinder closing form to prevent dripping and leakage. The sealing device is equipped with a positioning device, allowing the sealing head to float and self-align more accurately. The equipment has an overload protection device, and it is equipped with an emergency stop button. It is also equipped with a Japanese Panasonic digital display air pressure detection device, which stops the machine when the air pressure is below the set value and displays an alarm on the touch screen. Magnetic sensors are installed on each vertical moving cylinder (except the filling head), and each moving part must return to its original position before the main transmission servo motor can trigger the operation. Otherwise, an alarm will stop the machine. This can avoid collisions between each moving part and the template. The heat sealing system is controlled by servo motors, which is more precise and efficient. The sealing quality is stable, and the breakage rate is very low (less than two parts per thousand). All important components of the equipment are from international renowned brands. It can automatically count, reset manually, and retain power. The cup ejection operation is top-out and grasping, and the servo motor controls the sliding platform mechanical hand to send the cup to the conveyor belt. There are two working modes: automatic mode and manual mode. In the automatic mode, the photoelectric detection detects the presence of cups, and the system automatically calculates whether there is a cup on the template below each workstation. No action is taken if there is no cup. In the manual mode, each function has its own switch, and the corresponding function will operate when the switch is opened, unaffected by the photoelectric detection. The human-machine interface is controlled by a touch screen for working, cleaning, and debugging functions. This complete system of the machine fully meets the requirements of food hygiene level. The packaged products have an attractive appearance and a low breakage rate. It is very suitable for packaging products that need sterilization, such as dairy products and beverages. This series of packaging machines can achieve CIP cycle cleaning, without cleaning dead corners, and can extend the shelf life of dairy products. It overcomes the shortcomings of traditional packaging machines that cannot perform cycle cleaning during cleaning, resulting in incomplete cleaning of the supply pipeline and the accumulation of milk in the supply pipeline, which affects the quality and shelf life of the packaged items. The solenoid valve has a separate installation box that does not come into contact with packaging materials and materials, effectively preventing compressed air from causing pollution to packaging materials and materials. All structural components of this series of packaging machines are made of 304 stainless steel, and the parts in contact with the materials are made of 316 stainless steel, which better meets the requirements of food enterprises for the long-term use of equipment.
