The frame structure of this machine is entirely made of stainless steel. The conveyor belt motor is speed-controlled by a frequency converter, ensuring smooth operation. It uses Philips explosion-proof quartz ultraviolet lamps to irradiate the bottle mouth and cap with strong ultraviolet radiation and hydroxyl sterilization, achieving high sterilization efficiency and fully guaranteeing the high cleanliness of the packaging, thus extending the shelf life of the packaged products. The top is equipped with a hundred-level purification laminar flow device, such as brands like DORAN, BELLK, and ONEDAR. The fan sucks air from the top, which is filtered by a high-efficiency filter. The filtered clean air is evenly discharged at a speed of 0.45m/s across the entire outlet surface, ensuring the cleanliness of the air inside the entire cavity. The servo motor controls the distance between the filling heads and the position of the inlet and outlet bottle-blocking cylinders, and the variety can be adjusted with one button. Photoelectric detection is used, and no filling occurs if there is no bottle. The photoelectric sensor is of the Japanese Keyence brand. The filling heads can automatically rise and fall according to the setting and can be set for tracking filling, solving the problem of milk foaming. The filling system is driven by a servo motor-driven lead screw platform (lead 10mm), which drives the piston to move. The stroke of the piston can be adjusted on the touch screen with a precision of 0.1mm (about 0.3 grams). The quantitative cylinder pump ring is a new type of Fasac seal ring, which is wear-resistant, heat-resistant, acid and alkali resistant, and has a long service life. During cleaning, the servo motor drives the piston to be drawn out from the quantitative cylinder and rise to the upper cleaning position, allowing the entire pipeline to flow back to clean the piston and the seal ring thoroughly without dead corners, thus extending the service life of the Fasac seal ring. A capacitive liquid level sensor is used to detect the liquid level in the balance tank, and a diaphragm valve controls the liquid supply, preventing the phenomenon of inaccurate product measurement due to unstable liquid level in the material tank during packaging. The filling nozzle adopts a cylinder-closing form to prevent dripping. It can be equipped with a lifting machine for capping, linear or star-disk automatic capping, automatic screw capping, and electromagnetic induction sealing system. It can also be equipped with film punching, capping, and star-disk heat sealing. The equipment is equipped with an overload protection device, an emergency stop button, and a Japanese Panasonic digital display pressure detection device. When the pressure is lower than the set value, the machine stops and an alarm is displayed on the touch screen. All important components of the equipment are international well-known brands. It can automatically count, manually reset, and retain data after power failure. Online coding can be reserved in the middle of the conveyor. The human-machine interface is controlled by a touch screen for functions such as operation, cleaning, and debugging. The entire system of this machine fully meets the food hygiene level requirements. The packaged products have an attractive appearance and a low breakage rate.
